Notifications

The platform keeps you posted on meaningful events — trades your bot opens and closes, when a bot starts or stops, and critical errors. Notifications are stored on the server, so your history and read state follow you across devices.

Notification types

  • Trades — a position was opened or closed by one of your bots (symbol and side are shown).
  • Bot state — a bot started or stopped. This includes automatic stops (e.g. when a trial ends or your plan changes and the bot exceeds the new limit).
  • Errors — a critical bot error such as a rejected order, a stop-out, or a licence problem. The engine's message is shown so you know what happened.
  • Performance summaries — a daily and a weekly digest of how your bots did, sent by email or Telegram.

Daily & weekly summaries

Once a day (and once a week on Monday) Investion sends you a performance digest: net P&L over the period, number of trades, win rate and profit factor (gross win ÷ gross loss), your best and worst symbol, and a per-symbol breakdown. If you've connected Telegram, the same digest is delivered there too. They're generated from your closed trades, so you get a summary only for periods you actually traded. Turn each one on or off independently in notification settings.

Where to see them

The bell in the top bar shows recent notifications with an unread count. The full list — with filters, search and grouping by day — is on /dashboard/notifications.

Read state

Read state is server-side: opening the bell marks the shown notifications read, and that carries over to every device you sign in on. Unread items are marked with a dot.

Choosing what you get

Each notification type can be turned on or off per channel under /dashboard/settings → Notifications. In-app (the bell), email, and Telegram are active — email goes to your account address, Telegram to your connected chat, for the types you leave enabled; Discord is coming. Turning a type off only hides it — past notifications are still stored, so re-enabling it later shows them again.

Telegram notifications

Get the notification types you enable sent to Telegram instead of (or alongside) email.

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications and click "Connect" next to Telegram.
  2. A Telegram chat opens — tap Start to link your account.
  3. Enable the Telegram column for any event you want delivered there.
