Do I need a VPS to use Investion?

No. Investion runs entirely in the cloud. Your bot continues trading even when your computer is off.

Which brokers are supported?

Investion connects to your broker via OAuth using the broker's official API. No password sharing required.

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

Yes. Your card is stored securely and charged only after the 14-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.

Can I run multiple accounts at the same time?

Yes. Pro plan supports 3 accounts, Enterprise supports 10. Live and Demo count toward the same limit.

Is this financial advice?

No. Investion is a software tool. All trading decisions, parameters, and risk settings are controlled entirely by you. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Subscription and billing

Trading on a demo cTrader account is free — no card, no plan required. New accounts also start with a free trial that includes live trading for a limited time; when the trial ends, demo trading stays free and live trading needs a plan. Plan selection, payment-method change and cancellation all run via Stripe through the dashboard.

Plans

Demo trading is always free. A paid plan unlocks live-account trading and raises your account and bot limits. For current pricing and a full feature comparison, visit /pricing.

Free trial (no card)

Paid plans that offer a trial show a "Try N days free" button on /dashboard/subscription. No card is required — the trial unlocks that plan's features (including live trading) for the trial window. Each account gets one free trial. When it ends you automatically return to the Free plan: your live bots stop, your demo bots keep running, and you can subscribe any time to continue.

Buy a plan

/pricing → on a plan card, Choose this plan.
Stripe checkout opens. Enter your payment details and confirm.
Payment done → the engine updates the account and bot quotas, and you can connect extra accounts.

Change / cancel plan

/dashboard/subscription → Change plan or Cancel subscription . Change plan opens an internal plan selector where you pick a new plan and go through Stripe checkout. Cancel opens the Stripe Billing Portal.

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period. The moment it doesn't renew, your connected-account count drops to the plan limit (any extra accounts become inactive automatically).

What happens when your plan drops

When your plan changes to a lower tier — a trial ends, a subscription lapses, or you cancel — the system automatically reconciles your bots and accounts to the new plan's limits. Specifically:

Live trading not allowed anymore → your live bots and live accounts are stopped. (This is why a lapsed trial drops you to demo-only.)
Over the new bot / account limit → the excess is stopped, keeping the OLDEST ones up to the limit (e.g. Trader's 5 bots → Free's 1 keeps your first bot, stops the other 4).
Algorithm no longer included in the plan → bots running that algorithm are stopped.
Demo trading stays free on the default plan, so your demo bots keep running as long as they're within the limit above.

If you cancel a paid plan, a short grace window keeps your bots running to the end of the paid period before the reconcile applies — so nothing stops mid-period.

Past invoices are listed on your subscription page and can also be downloaded from the Stripe Billing Portal.
