Market hours
Each instrument trades only during its market's sessions. Investion shows an open/closed badge next to the symbol so you always know whether trading is even possible right now.
Why isn't my bot trading?
If the market is closed, the bot cannot open or close positions — there are no live prices to act on. This is normal: the bot resumes automatically at the next session open. The badge's popover shows exactly how long that is.
Reading the badge
A green dot means the market is open. A grey dot means it's closed, with a countdown to the next open (e.g. "Closed · 34m"). Hover or tap the badge for the full detail — the next change time and the schedule's timezone.
Timezone & weekends
Session times come straight from your broker, in the broker's timezone (shown in the popover). Forex closes over the weekend and reopens Sunday evening (broker time); metals, indices and crypto follow their own schedules. Holidays may still pause a market even when the weekly schedule shows it open.
