Investion is an automated trading-bot platform. It connects to your broker account via the broker's official Open API and sends trade orders on your behalf according to the algorithm's logic. Investion does not hold, custody, transfer, or process your funds at any time. Your money remains in your broker account, subject to your broker's terms and the regulations of your country of residence.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading tools in your jurisdiction. By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Broker relationship
Investion is independent of any broker. You are solely responsible for compliance with your broker's terms of service, applicable financial regulations, and any licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. Investion does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial services.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a recommendation of any financial instrument. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past results of any algorithm are not a guarantee of future performance.
5. Account and API credentials
You are responsible for keeping your broker API credentials secure. Do not share them with anyone other than Investion's platform. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or copy Investion's algorithms; (b) use the platform for market manipulation or any illegal activity; (c) resell access without written permission.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues between Investion and your broker, or broker-side rejections of orders.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investion's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Investion is operated by Value Governance Research Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12241010), registered office: 17 Green Lanes, London, England N16 9BS. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
