Fisher

Reshapes price into a Gaussian curve so turning points become sharp, giving earlier reversal signals.

How to read it

The Fisher Transform reshapes price into a sharply peaked oscillator around zero, so turning points stand out as clear spikes instead of gentle curves. Extreme highs and lows are far more pronounced than in a plain oscillator.

Trading signals

The turn is the signal: the Fisher line reversing from an extreme, especially when it crosses its trigger line, flags a likely swing. Because it exaggerates reversals it's early — confirm with the trend so you don't fade a strong move.

Parameters

Fisher Transform Period sets the high–low lookback the transform is normalized over. Shorter reacts faster and spikes more; longer is smoother and picks only the bigger swings.
