These are required for the site to work at all. Without them you could not stay signed in, and we could not remember that you answered this question.

These remember your language and how you arranged the interface. Refusing them breaks nothing — the platform works exactly the same, it just forgets your setup between visits, and any of the items below already on your device are deleted.

We use no analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking storage of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. If that ever changes it will appear here as its own category, switched off by default, and you will be asked again.

We do use Sentry for error reporting. It runs on our servers, not in your browser, and stores nothing on your device — but it does receive technical details of failed requests, so it is listed in the Privacy Policy rather than here.

You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. That dialog lists every item above with its purpose and lifetime. Clearing your browser storage removes everything, including the record of your choice — you will then be asked again.
